Yes, you can set your own hourly rate!
Custom Offers allows you to:
- Submit to an office your preferred hourly rate
- Offer to work part of a posted shift
How It Works
When you view a job posting, tap “Make a Custom Offer”.
Enter your preferred hourly rate
Adjust the shift hours if applicable
Submit your Custom Offer to the dental office.
When you submit a Custom Offer, you are making a commitment to working the shift if it is accepted.
The office is notified they have received a Custom Offer.
Custom Offers automatically expire after 12 hours, but you can re-submit an offer if it expires before the dental office had a chance to accept or decline.
The office reviews your Custom Offer and accepts or declines it.
If your Custom Offer is accepted, you are automatically booked and confirmed for that job at your specified rate.
