As per our Short Notice Cancellation Policy, for a shift cancellation of less than 24hrs notice where the hygienist or assistant is unable to pick up a replacement shift, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the shift hours (minus an additional 30min for the equivalent of an unpaid lunch).

Billable Time = [0.5 X Total Time] – .5hrs

So, for example, for an 8hr shift: Billable Time = [0.5 X 8hrs] – 0.5hrs = 3.5hrs
