These terms govern the TempStars September Early Bird offer (the “Offer”).
The Offer. TempStars is taking $25 CAD off its placement fee, normally a flat $73 CAD plus applicable tax per completed shift, reducing it to $48 CAD plus tax for every eligible September shift.
Eligible shifts. A shift qualifies when all three of the following are true: (1) the scheduled shift date falls between September 1 and September 30, 2026, inclusive; (2) the shift is first posted on TempStars on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 (11:59 PM Eastern); and (3) the shift is successfully completed. Eligibility is based on when the shift was first posted, so editing or re-posting an unfilled shift after the deadline does not affect a shift that was posted on time.
Eligibility. Open to dental offices in Canada, whether newly registered or already active on TempStars, with the exception of offices in British Columbia. BC offices already receive the TempStars BC launch offer, which waives the placement fee entirely on shifts through September 30, 2026, and only one placement-fee promotion applies per shift. No promo code is required.
No cap. There is no limit on the number of shifts eligible for the discount.
Cancellations. Shifts cancelled by the office, or shifts that otherwise do not complete, do not qualify.
What is not included. The Offer applies only to the TempStars placement fee. Optional Pay-Now payment-processing fees and Job Board token purchases are not part of the Offer and continue to apply as usual. Talent are paid directly by the office; TempStars does not mark up talent rates.
How it is applied. The discount is applied automatically when an eligible shift completes. No code, no form.
After the Offer. For shifts that do not qualify, standard pricing applies: a flat $73 CAD plus tax placement fee per completed shift. No subscriptions and no hiring fees.
Other promotions. The Offer is not combinable with other TempStars placement-fee promotions; only one placement-fee promotion applies per shift.
