We’re looking for a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our welcoming dental team and make a meaningful impact in our patients’ oral health journey!
This is a permanent, part-time position with the following schedule:
– Mondays: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM (includes a 60-minute break)
– Fridays: 7:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Please note that our office is closed on all statutory holidays.
In this role, you will perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, while taking and developing digital radiographs using sensors. You will educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining IPAC requirements by assisting with instrument reprocessing, keeping accurate digital patient records using Open Dental, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, scheduling appointments, and fostering a warm, welcoming environment.
To be considered for this position, you will need a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing with the CDHO, along with CPR Certification at the BLS or HCP level. Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred, though new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills are essential to thriving in our team-oriented environment.
