What You’ll Do:
– Conduct oral health assessments and review patient medical histories
– Screen for signs of oral diseases such as gum disease and cavities
– Perform preventive procedures including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
– Take dental impressions and develop X-rays
– Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and personalized care strategies
– Collaborate closely with the dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
– Maintain accurate patient records and assist in treatment planning
– Stay current on best practices in dental hygiene and adhere to strict infection control protocols

– Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
