Position Overview
Heather Street Dental is looking for a friendly, organized dental receptionist to join our growing practice, with a particular need for coverage on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The role includes greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims and payments, following up on outstanding items, and helping keep the front desk running smoothly.
Dental reception experience is preferred, and familiarity with Tracker is an asset. We're looking for someone dependable, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating with patients, insurance companies, and the clinical team.
With the busy year-end insurance season approaching, we're especially looking for someone who can help us stay organized, keep claims and patient accounts up to date, and support the increased scheduling and administrative workload.
We're a newer, growing practice with a relaxed and supportive environment, and there may be opportunities for additional days as the practice continues to grow.
