Dental Assistant Level II

DentalVille Family Dentistry in Oakville is seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of clinical dental assisting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-focused setting. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will provide chairside assistance during general, restorative, endodontic, surgical, and other dental procedures. You will prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials, as well as take digital X-rays, including panoramic radiographs, as authorized. Additional responsibilities include performing Level II duties within the permitted scope of practice, maintaining proper sterilization procedures in accordance with IPAC guidelines, and ensuring treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and patient-ready. You will also maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation, provide pre- and post-treatment instructions, monitor inventory and dental supplies, and support dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow.
