Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Level II

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Hours: - Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and safety at all times. You will prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols, as well as take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintaining accurate patient records and keeping medical histories up to date will be an essential part of your role. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-operative care, and their individualized treatment plans — helping them feel informed and confident throughout their dental journey. On the administrative side, you will assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, handling billing and insurance verification, and addressing patient inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Collaboration with fellow dental professionals will be key to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to every patient we serve.
