Dental admin/receptionist

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Receptionist who shares our commitment to providing warm, caring service to our patients and community. Responsibilities: - Scheduling new and recall patient appointments - Entering treatment plans and submitting insurance claims - Following up on outstanding insurance claims and predeterminations - Preparing and coordinating insurance predeterminations Qualifications: - Previous dental administrative experience required - Proficiency with Abeldent practice management software is essential Work Schedule: - Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour Please note that this position is a maternity leave coverage role through March 2027; however, it is anticipated to transition into a permanent full-time opportunity.
