Certified Dental Assistant – Endodontic Specialty Practice

**Cambridge, Ontario** We're looking for an exceptional dental assistant to join our new endodontic specialty practice in Cambridge. Our goal is to create a practice where patients receive outstanding clinical care while also feeling genuinely comfortable, supported, and cared for. We're building a modern practice with advanced technology, efficient systems, and a team that takes pride in doing things exceptionally well. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset. ## About You You're a dental assistant who genuinely enjoys patient care. You're warm, confident, organized, and attentive to the little things that make a patient's experience better. You take initiative, anticipate what needs to happen next, and enjoy being part of a team where everyone helps each other. Ideally, you are a **Level II Certified Dental Assistant**, although we're most interested in finding the right person. Previous endodontic or specialty experience is an asset, but isn't required. ## The Role You'll work closely with the endodontist throughout the patient journey, including: - Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures - Preparing operatories and anticipating clinical needs - Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment - Taking digital radiographs - Maintaining excellent infection prevention and sterilization standards - Helping keep the clinical day organized and running smoothly - Learning and working with modern dental technology - Contributing ideas as we develop and improve our clinical systems and patient experience Because this is a new practice, you'll also have an opportunity to help shape how we do things from the beginning. ## What We're Looking For More than anything, we're looking for someone who is: - Kind and reassuring with patients - Reliable and highly organized - Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do - Detail-oriented and clinically conscientious - Comfortable with technology - Eager to learn and improve - Positive, collaborative, and willing to help wherever needed - Excited about being part of a growing practice ## Why Join Us?
