Registered Dental Hygienist

FULL-TIME REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST Monday–Thursday | Up to $65+/hour | No Weekends If you are looking for a practice where you can build a long-term career—not simply take another job—we should meet. Harker Chan & Associates has been serving Calgary families for 40+ years. We are a busy, established family practice with a loyal patient base, modern technology, and an exceptionally stable team. Our patients come from all over Calgary. What makes us different: we are not an insurance-driven practice. Our fee schedule is above the Alberta fee guide, which allows us to provide the time and care our patients actually need—not simply what their insurance plan happens to cover. Here, you work for the patient, not the insurance company. Our staff turnover is extremely low. People stay here, and opportunities to join our team do not come up often. We are growing and are looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join us Monday through Thursday. WHAT WE OFFER • Up to $65/hour or more with commission-based compensation • Hourly or commission structure—we are flexible for the right person • Monday–Thursday schedule • Up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility • No weekends • Generous paid flex days • Flex allowance • Uniforms covered • Professional fees covered • CPR and recertification costs covered • Continuing education support • Modern technology and equipment • Busy, established patient base • Experienced team with exceptionally low turnover • A patient-first clinical environment WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is professional, thorough, reliable, team-oriented, and genuinely enjoys caring for patients. Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required. NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME. If you want excellent compensation, a four-day work week, no weekends, a stable team, and the freedom to provide care based on what your patient needs rather than what insurance dictates, we would like to meet you.
