RDH – Part Time

Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a friendly environment. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health. - Take dental radiographs as needed. - Document patient care and treatment plans in accordance with office protocols. - Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of dental instruments and work areas. - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience. - Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. Requirements - Valid BCCOHP license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. - Familiarity with Tracker software is a plus. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, especially those fluent in Portuguese. - Knowledge of iTero scanning and communicating with patients on Invisalign is a plus. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. - Shifts will include every Tuesday and every Friday 8 am-4 pm, and 1-2 Saturdays per month 8 am-3 pm.
