Dental Sterilization Assistant / Dental Floater

Downtown Toronto dental practice is looking for a Dental Sterilization Assistant/Floater 3-4 days per week. You must be available to work on Saturdays (open 3 per month) and some evenings until 7pm. We are a modern practice with state-of-the-art equipment with a great team and patients. Your role and responsibilities include: - Implementing proper sterilization protocols - Organizing dental instruments and equipment - Setting up and cleaning operatories - Assisting Dentists and Hygienists as needed (procedures, charting, etc) - Taking digital radiographs and iTero scans - Monitoring inventory - Maintaining a clean and tidy dental office Qualifications: - Certified Level 1 Dental Assistant as a minimum - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn in a friendly team environment - Ability to take initiative and work effectively to ensure a smooth day for all providers Compensation is based on experience.
