Certified Dental Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within the dental field. Duties • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow • Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed • Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and treatment plans Requirements • Previous experience in dental assisting is a must • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial • Familiarity with dental software applications such as Dentrix preferred • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Certification in CPR and basic life support is required Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful smiles while advancing your career in dentistry!
