Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. This is a permanent position working Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Assist dentist during dental procedures and treatments Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take and develop dental X-rays Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Manage infection control protocols and ensure OSHA compliance Prepare dental materials and assist with impressions Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans Maintain treatment rooms and ensure proper inventory levels Support front office operations as needed Qualifications: Dental assisting certification or completion of dental assisting program preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Familiarity with dental software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment New graduates welcome - we provide comprehensive training
