Official Rules and Regulations

Must be a resident of United States of America to participate in this promotion.

Shifts must be posted on or between April 21st and June 25th, 2023. Shifts can be for any remaining day in 2023.

Offices that post 15+ shifts on or between the stated promotion dates will automatically receive 1 free dental temp credit.

The Office that posts the most shifts during the stated promotion dates, will receive a free lunch for their office and 5 free dental temp credits.

The TempStars member (office) must hold an active, pro, or elite account status with no more than 5% of bad feedback for the shifts completed throughout the duration of the promotion and end date of the promotion in order to be eligible for any prizes listed above. 

No purchase is required to participate in this promotion.

The winner of the promotion shall provide TempStars with photo images of the winner(s) and their winnings to be used on the social media accounts of TempStars. All persons captured in the image must provide consent to have their photo captured and released.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.

Note: We'll honour the rules fairly, but there may be some circumstances we didn't anticipate when creating this contest and the rules. Therefore, ultimately judgement of the winners and the application of the rules is final, being solely and exclusively at the sole discretion of TempStars
